P is for PSYCHO-MAN *ANIMATED!!*

day sixteen of the Fantastic four friends and foes redesign alphabet brings us something i friggin ANIMATED

I’m just chuckin’ awesome stuff at ya’ll left and right aren’t I?

Psycho-man is a really interesting character, hailing from a microscopic technocracy, this miniature scientist develops a macroscopic suit to walk among humankind and become their leader through emotion-controlling technology after his home succumbs to overpopulation.

For the redesign, I tried to push the “psycho” aspect of the character a lot further, making his emotional powers directly ingrained to his face plate and projected VIA his control box, I also tried to create subconscious links between his costume and padded cells/restraints/straitjackets.

each of the flashing faces represents an emotion or state he is attempting to project and control in his enemies, weather it be horror or glee, rage or even psychological collapse, I felt he would be a great foe for the four if his rage was far greater than just “fear”, though it is in his arsenal.

Next week we get the hunchback out of notre dame
